The Blue Falcons will be holding open sessions on the

Training times will be from 18:15 till 19:45 but on the 18.01.17 it will be from 18:30 till 20:00.
We will teach you the basics in Vaulting Gymnastics. We perform displays is based on the “Armed Services form of gymnastic displays”, therefore vaulting provides the basis although there is no limit to the type of vaults performed. Our gymnasts have been known to vault over equipment or people, or both including Carnival Queens, members of the Armed Forces and even Star Wars Storm Troopers.
