Team Recruitment 2022
Due to the ongoing COVID 19 regulations and precautions we have been unable to train or perform for 18 months in 2020/22, as a result we have not been able to recruit new fledglings within that time. Now is the time for action. We are starting a recruitment drive within Chelmsford and the local area. Everyone is welcome.
We take gymnasts from the age of 9, there is no upper age limit as long as our gymnasts are still fit enough to perform. To enable the Blue Falcons to continue to perform as we have been performing and training since 1974, it is vital we attract new young members to our team. In 2022 we will be actively engaging with any primary school in the Chelmsford and Braintree area who wish to support us to encourage pupils for join our falcons family and promote future recruitment.
If you are a primary school who has an interest in supporting us please find detail below:
- Contact Details to arrange a school visit by our team, whether for an assembly or simply for us to present to a group of pupils from the age of 9 and above. We may even be able to arrange to come to a school fate or similar to recruit new members and demo some of our gymnastics.

On the dates below you can arrange with us to bring any interested pupils to one of our open introduction sessions, or simply suggest that these are the best times to come as have a trial session. Every 1st wednesday of each month from 6.30 at Chelmer Valley High School – in the Gymnasium. Access by the side door from the carpark. Simply introduce yourself to a member of the adult support or ask and Blue Falcon to bring you inside.
